Mellow dry, mellow flavor, acidity and sharpness, served with sashimi. What is this? It is so delicious. I was told about this sake by a person from the Drunken Whale brewery who was at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station. 1595 yen including tax! This is so delicious.

Sakihokore Sake made from delicious, firmer rice polished to 45%. Too much carbonation ☺Schwashy and good~! I wonder if it will be more expensive next year because the rice is getting more expensive.
