We went to an izakaya (Japanese style bar) with a colleague from outside of the prefecture who loves sake.
We challenged ourselves with a brand we hadn't seen before 😄.
Yopa Memo
The label that makes you smile (or laugh)
The label seems to be based on a local specialty of the prefecture
Nothing to do with the contents
Common view with people who are used to drinking 😅🙂🙂.

Well, the aroma and taste are both indistinct...
That's one word 😤.
In other words, it doesn't convey the principle... 🥺.
I think it would be good if there was more of a "we're going with this" attitude.
The label is the best attention-getter....
But it was smooth and delicious 😋😋😋.
It may not be a major sake in Mie. It has a dry taste that goes well with Matsusaka beef and has a smooth, yet umami flavor. My personal favorite 🐃.
I could not afford to have Matsusaka beef as a snack ❗I drank up the whole bottle.
Snacks: Cheese (Camembert, Gouda, Cheddar, Grana Padano, Mimolette), crackers, Wasabi Kaki no Tane
At a pub.
A terrible banana smell.
Even if it contains the mouth, it is a banana with an impact.
And yet, you don't feel the sweetness at all.
After the mellow flavor spreads
After the mild flavor spreads, it snaps.
It's not to my taste, but it was interesting.
I heard it goes well with steak as the name suggests, but I couldn't try it.
2.5 Stars.
I found it at Masuda's in Tsu station when I was on a business trip 🦷.
As a person who aims to complete Mie sake, I bought it without hesitation.
It's good to have such encounters on business trips and journeys, isn't it?
The rice used is unknown.
For some reason, it's not registered as "Sake no Wa", but it's a sake made by Nakayama Shuzo in Matsusaka City.
The brewery burned down four years ago, and they overcame the crisis of going out of business to become what they are today.
This sake, my partner and I couldn't help but say, "Is this banana?
It's a great drink❗️It's delicious!
I've had a lot of drinks with a bitter green banana flavor, but this may be the first time I've felt a banana this ripe.
It's not sweet by any means, but it's a nice alcohol sensation from the refreshing sweetness.
There is a richness to the taste, but it is still refreshing to the end. The bitterness that goes down the throat in the finish is also 👍.
I think I have drunk a lot of Mie sake, but it seems that there is still a lot of good sake lying around.
It's just a shame that I can't find them on the internet.
I'm not sure when I'll be able to visit Mie Prefecture again...
Hello, Haruei Chichi. ♪
You're right. One of the reasons I got off at Tsu Station was to stop by this Masuda-san. I decided on this sake right away, but the others were all over the place and I couldn't quite decide lol.
Good evening, Sana D!
The Masuda shop in Tsu station has almost all kinds of "saku". I also go there to buy it sometimes.
I didn't know about the Matsuzaka beef label.
Good evening, Mr. Hiace.
There was a lot of work, wasn't there?
I was not half as excited as I should have been❗️.
I envy the level that I can go sometimes.
