I bought the label this time! The blue whale and the Japanese paper-like label are chic and beautiful. When I put it in my mouth without expectation from the price... Is it good? At this price! It also has a decent ginjo aroma. The sweetness and sourness of the rice spreads. Then, the bitterness and the alcohol taste finish off. Right after opening the bottle, I didn't feel it so much because there was a crust. There is also a slight fizzy feeling. Although my sake drinking history is not very long It reminded me of Matsumotomori Gohyakumangoku. It's delicious!

I was attracted by the beautiful and chalet bottle. It is reasonable and tasty for a Junmai Ginjo. It has a fruity aroma. The bitterness is gooey and you can feel the sweetness and slight acidity. The bitterness kills the taste. The bubbles are not fine and swooshy. I can't describe it well, so I'm sorry. On the first day of opening, it is a banana-flavored adult ramune. After a few days, the sake flavor came out. It was my personal favorite.

Yamata-no-orochi, a giant serpent with eight heads and tails. This is Junmai Ginjo Yamatanosugata, brewed with 8 kinds of good sake rice. Now, the top note is a fruit aroma with a hint of sweetness. When you put it in your mouth, there is a little bit of tonicity, alcohol, and spiciness, and then the heavy bitterness and rich sweetness spread out. This bitterness and sweetness leave a long aftertaste. I did not feel much acidity. I can't think of any sake that is similar to it. It is a sweet sake with an assertive bitterness. We enjoyed it very much.

This is my favorite brewery, Machida Shuzo. In a word, it is a refreshing, well-balanced and delicious sake. The aroma is fruity and reminds me of a Kinsho melon when compared to fruit. Along with a good amount of swooshiness, the umami, bitterness, and sweetness all spread in good balance without being overbearing. The sourness is not felt so much. At the end, the bitterness lingers from the umami, and the bitterness leaves a crisp finish. It is a dangerous sake that can be drunk with gusto.

The sourness, spiciness, and low alcohol aroma make it a refreshing sake that is easy to drink, just like the label. If I were to compare the flavor and aroma to a fruit, I would say lychee. The "direct pumping" has a sweetness, and the "nigori" has a flavor and bitterness. Both are refreshing sakes that can be drunk with gusto.
