Purchased on a trip to Kagoshima in October.
I think it tastes clean at first, and later you can feel the vigor!
It's not the gorgeous, refreshing taste that is so popular these days, but rather a pretty robust taste.
At the drinking comparison.
I wasn't sure about the rice polishing ratio or anything, and it seemed a little rough.
I also bought a Junmai Ginjo of Kai's Kaiun, so I will enjoy it later! LOL!
It's a Junmai Daiginjo, but there was a slight rice smell? I think there was, but it was good enough!
However, compared to other sake, I can't help but wonder if the 45% rice polishing ratio is what it seems like.......
A little out of season, but I drank one I bought on a previous trip to Hiroshima!
It was gorgeous, but it had a kind of ricey or gutty feeling to it, so it wasn't that great.
Maybe I didn't feel it was summery, but maybe that's because it's already the end of autumn? LOL!
It feels incredibly refreshing!
Smells great, fresh and delicious!
Personally, I think it could smell a little more like rice. Maybe because it's the first Shibori or something?
It is a junmai sake, but it is also gorgeous and delicious!
I got it from my hometown tax payment, but I'm looking forward to Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo too much.
The rice polishing ratio is 80%, so the taste was quite robust.
There was a slight rice smell, but it seemed to be well controlled and was worth a look.
