Purchased as a souvenir from Kusatsu. It seems to be a limited edition product only available here. It is sharp and dry. Slightly acidic. It has a moderate umami flavor, which is not bad, but Yumomi Musume, which I bought together with it, was better. The label is written in English, so I thought it might be a product for foreign tourists.

It has a refreshing taste. The sweetness, acidity, and aroma are all mild yet harmonious and delicious. I don't feel any unpleasant taste at all. It doesn't interfere with food, but I just enjoy it on its own.

Purchased as a souvenir from Kusatsu Onsen. It is a limited edition product available only here. Good aroma. Fresh acidity, a little sweetness. Delicious.

It has a light texture and no unpleasant taste. It was a little dry in the mouth, but later on there was a hint of sweetness. No gassiness. The acidity is mild. You can feel the umami of the rice. It is easy to drink and half of the bottle was opened in no time. It is a good sake.

The lid flew off when opening the bottle. It has a refreshing sweetness and a muscat flavor. I compared it with Houou Mita Black Pheonix, but this one seemed to be sweeter and more carbonated. (Both were delicious).
