I happened to find "Shinmasa Xmas-type" at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station, and it was a stylish way to make an X-type into an Xmas-type. And it tasted great. It was a wonderful product!
I guess we will never be able to get it again. It's a pity, but it can't be helped.

I have no doubt that it is delicious, but I feel that there is no way to compare it to other sake.

It is sweet anyway. It has a sake degree of -33, which is a number I have never seen before.
But it is delicious. It really overturns the concept of sake.
