I bought this sake by the packet at a local supermarket. I have brewed sake 1,200 times in my quest to create a sake that suits the modern diet. Of these, the 888th was the closest to my ideal sake. But it didn't suit me. It was like cheap sake with a wine flavor. It was a pity.

It is a sake-based liqueur, so if it does not fit the purpose of "Sake-no-wa", we will remove it. It is a so-called chu-hai-like drink, but it still has the smell of sake in a good way. I thought it was good for light drinking with a nice lime flavor. It seems to be recommended to drink it on the rocks, but I liked it straight, without dilution.

Iinuma Honke's sake nouveau. It is a junmai daiginjo "Shisui no Dawn" which, according to the company, is bottled and shipped within 24 hours of the first pressing of junmai daiginjo, and is completed at the very dawn of the day after an all-night workout. Many stores are sold out due to reservations, but I found it through one mail order service and bought it. My impression was, "Refreshing, a little sweet, and sharp! This is delicious!" I am very happy to have found it. It has become a must buy every year during this season!

It is a normal sake that does not need to be chilled (although it is a junmai sake, so it should be chilled). I think it is a good sake that can be drunk without any pretension.

Uno sake" was purchased at the Nabe Branch Naritasan Store. The Narita area was just having an "eel festival" and I heard that this sake goes well with eel. I was thinking of having it with eel at home, but I couldn't resist and tried it with ordinary Japanese food. My impression was normal. Hime said it was delicious! She said it was delicious. It was a little sweet, but maybe that's why it didn't suit me. I later found out that it was best served lukewarm, and I regretted drinking it cold.

This is a series, and there were both winter and summer versions, but this time I bought the spring version. I chilled it in the fridge long enough to mix the oli, turned it over once to open the metal lid, and suddenly, with a loud "bong", it blew off, including the inner lid. The contents of the bottle overflowed and 30 to 40% of the contents poured out. I had never experienced anything like this even with champagne! I was so surprised. How fizzy is this stuff! The taste was sweet and bitter for some reason. It was a delicious sake, but I was surprised at any rate.

I bought a lunch box from a famous ryotei restaurant at a department store and realized they were out of sake to go with it, so I hurriedly bought some Urakasumi at a convenience store. Well, I felt the taste was not deep enough. Too bad.
