Kunii Minoru
Kisoji, special junmai sake.
It is full but not sticky, and the umami flavor lingers in the mouth.
I thought junmai and ginjo sake should be chilled, but I read that this sake should not be chilled too much, and it is true. It seems to be true. Chilling it hides the fullness of the flavor.
This is a good sake, but it may be a "sake that can be drunk every day".
It is good.
