This time it was the Gunma Izumi's Maifu ver that I drank before. The aroma is banana, and the taste is more acidic and grainy, probably because of the Yamahai yeast. I'm looking forward to letting it age a bit.

This is the third day of uncorking. Banana aroma is there, but after drinking, the acid impression is like grape. Delicious.
