It's a limited edition of once a year, freshly pressed sake, and it's theoretically delicious❗️I can't describe it well, but the balance is great (^^) When you put it in your mouth, the flavor of the rice spreads all over your mouth at once, and it clears up comfortably 😁It just started this year, but it's the best ❗️I'm going to run out of bottles ❗️(°▽°) It's really good 😋
The aroma is slightly refreshing and fruity (^^) There is a sense of gas and good sharpness❗️The spiciness is also felt and it is an elegant aftertaste (^^) It is good as a sake during meals😁.

It was given to me (^^) The aroma is a peach or green apple type ginjo aroma, and the moderate fruit sweetness expands in the mouth. Slightly honey-like⁉︎ Milky, clear and stretchy sake with a pleasant quality. It is light for a Daiginjo. Is it more appropriate to say it is light rather than delicate? The bitterness is a little stronger in the after taste. There is a slightly rough sweet bitterness that I didn't like very much. It's a bit disappointing (>_<) I was expecting too much because it's a Jyushiyo (cry)
First Jyushiyo👍I bought it with points to drink it at the beginning of the year, but I couldn't wait and opened it today ^_^ The aroma is melon and Sharaku-like (^^) The sip shows a gorgeous aroma❗️Shinsei-like (^^) The sweetness and flavor of Moromi is left behind ❗️The sweetness is Wasanbon (^^) It was sweet but fresh and crisp😋 I don't know what it is, but the aroma, flavor, acidity, throat hit, aftertaste, and sharpness are all perfect❗️It was the No.1 sake of the year with all the good points of famous sake❗️
It has a gentle banana aroma and a pleasant acidity that creates a refreshing crispness. The freshness and softness that is the ultimate food sake unique to Hakurakusei is superb❗️The softness is noticeable, but it has a delicate yet core flavor^_^ It is a dangerous sake to drink too much😋
