A gift. Thank you!
The gorgeous ginjo aroma and fruity flavor with no cloying taste are the same impressions I hear everywhere, but I guess if you polish it to 39%, there will be no cloying taste.
Rice polishing ratio 55%, sake degree -1, acidity 1.4
The ginjo aroma is subdued. The low alcohol content (13%) makes it mild on the palate, and the aftertaste is clean, mellow, and easy to drink.
I had never seen this sake before and was curious to try it. I was told that it was a sake produced by Akira Takada, a certified sake taster. It was a sweet sake.
Polishing ratio 65%, alcohol content 12%.
I saw it at a local store and bought it. I didn't know Kubota made a happoshu.
The low alcohol content and fizzy taste makes it easy to drink, but it tastes exactly like Kubota.
