Sake made by a sake brewery in Kyoto with rice and koji from Hokkaido. It is light and has a rich aroma. I drank it at room temperature this time, so I would like to drink it cold next time.
Opened the last Pinku no Yukikko in stock.
It has a lower alcohol content and a stronger acidity than the original PINKU no Yukikko. It has a lower alcohol content and a stronger sour taste than PINKU no Yukikko.
I bought this bottle some time ago and kept it in the refrigerator. It has a more gorgeous ginjo aroma than when I drank it before. The mouthfeel is soft and sweet, but the aftertaste is refreshing.
Mild aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the firmness, but soon you can taste the sweetness of the rice. After the sweetness of the rice, there is a refreshing acidity.
