Polishing ratio 65%. The aroma is weak, the taste is slightly ginjo, with a slight sweetness but a light aftertaste, and the umami of the rice is a little strong. It is quite drinkable and tasty. It is available at Super Kasumi for about 1500 including tax.

I bought it because it was recommended by a local liquor store and because of its colorful label. I took a sip. It's Masamune! Slightly effervescent. Two sips, and it's still the same Gakki Masamune! Delicious!

Summer Jusui, but it is not a draft sake, but a combination of the usual Jusui with Junmai Daiginjo-shu Jusui. It tastes just like that, with the rich flavor of jusui plus the fruity taste of daiginjo, making it perfect for summer when chilled. I have had Jusui many times, and depending on the lot, there seem to be times when even regular Jusui tastes like this. It is also interesting to note the subtle differences in flavor from lot to lot.

Manufactured in February. This is my third bottle of Jusui recently, and it seems to be slightly more fruity than before? Is it the physical condition of the drinker? It is the most delicious. Lot blip?

My first Rakuiki Masamune! It was a very fruity, fresh, and clean sake. Delicious. I wonder if the regular Musical Instrument Masamune is the same, but the character is a little stronger because it is a nama-shu. However, it is easy to drink even though it is a draft sake. Is it because it is an extension of the original flavor? I would like to drink the other grades of Musical Instrument Masamune as well.

I have been drinking it at room temperature or lightly chilled, but this time I chilled it thoroughly in the refrigerator. It seems that the richness of the rice is more apparent when it is chilled. It is rich, but not at all dull and easy to drink, and I never get tired of drinking it. It has a taste that is satisfying, but also allows you to continue drinking.

The sweetness of the unpasteurized sake, the freshness, the richness, the aroma, and the sweetness are clearly felt at the beginning, and the aftertaste is light and refreshing. It is a feeling I have never had before. It is enjoyable.

It's cheap, 1166 yen at Hashimoto's. It's said to have won an award for being heated, but I tried it at room temperature first. The sweetness, the sourness of the yogurt, the umami of the rice, the light gargantuan taste, and the alcohol. All of these elements are well integrated without being too assertive, making it easy to drink. It's delicious. In the end, I drank it at room temperature. I mentioned above that it has a gummy taste of rice, but it also has the aroma of rice, which is delicious.

I remember drinking it in the fall and being pleasantly surprised by its light but gentle sweetness. It's been five months since I drank it, but I was curious to see it in stock at my local liquor store, so I bought some to see what it was like. I bought it to see what it was like. Of course, it was stored well in the refrigerator and didn't seem to be deteriorating. It's not as fresh as it should be, or as aged as it should be, and it has a slightly complex aftertaste after the sweetness. However, it is still refreshing, and the initial gentle sweetness is still there. The taste of sake changes with the season and time, which is very interesting.

It has the fresh taste of nama-shu, with an understated sweetness, umami, and a pleasant slight bitterness in the aftertaste. It's delicious. It's raw sake, but well balanced.

Compared to my favorite, Daisen Tokujunmai. It's fresh and has a crisp aftertaste. A bottle of what seems to be the same grade that I just received as a hometown gift, slightly sweeter and closer to Tokujun. It's hard to tell the difference between these two.

It is a refreshing Junmai. At first I felt the acidity was strong, but as I continued to drink it, the flavor of the rice came out along with the acidity, and it became refreshing and easy to drink. It is delicious.
