I remember drinking it in the fall and being pleasantly surprised by its light but gentle sweetness.
It's been five months since I drank it, but I was curious to see it in stock at my local liquor store, so I bought some to see what it was like.
I bought it to see what it was like. Of course, it was stored well in the refrigerator and didn't seem to be deteriorating. It's not as fresh as it should be, or as aged as it should be, and it has a slightly complex aftertaste after the sweetness. However, it is still refreshing, and the initial gentle sweetness is still there. The taste of sake changes with the season and time, which is very interesting.
