I went on a trip to Noto a week before the earthquake and bought this sake at a liquor store in town.
Unlike the image of "my sake," it is a full-bodied sake that I never get tired of.
I think I had bought it on a business trip three years ago. I completely forgot to drink it. If it had been hiyaoroshi, I would have wanted to drink it sooner. It is full-bodied, deep, and good, just like hiyaoroshi.
I bought it at a liquor store in Izumiotsu. I regret my selfish assumption (dry). It is gentle on the palate and has a deep aftertaste. The label is cute and nice.
I bought this at a local sake shop in Fukai. The store introduced it as hiyaoroshi, but it seems to be a blend of aged sake. It is mellow and delicious 😋.
I bought it at a liquor store in Hou. The first impression and sharpness give the impression of dryness, but it is also mellow. If I had to say my preference, I'd say I'd like a little more aftertaste...
I bought this when I stayed in Tsu during GW. It has a slightly sharp first impression, reminiscent of microcarbonation, and a solid taste, but it does not drag on the aftertaste....
