I bought this when I stayed in Tsu during GW. It has a slightly sharp first impression, reminiscent of microcarbonation, and a solid taste, but it does not drag on the aftertaste....
I bought it at Takashimaya. I was lured by the limited shipment only twice a year.
It has a sweet mouthfeel. It is delicious, but it is a dangerous ⚠️ sake.
