Purchased from a brewery It has a sweet + alcoholic aroma, but when you drink it, it is not alcoholic and tastes like rice, as the name suggests. The aftertaste is spicy and ends with astringency. Buy at the Sake Brewery Summer Ginjo Hitogochi 59 from Saku City, Nagano Prefecture It has a sweet fruity aroma and is refreshingly dry but also sweet and easy to drink. It is not extremely delicious, but it has a stable taste. It is strange that the brewery is not registered in Sake-no-wa, but only listed as "Nagano Prefecture. It is delicious, but is it not popular?

Purchase at the warehouse The brewery is located in Kurashiki City's Bikan Historical Quarter. The unusual shape of the bottle is either a tradition or an attempt to attract tourists. It is not only the bottle that is unusual, but also the taste and aroma, which are different from anything I have ever tasted before. It has a yellowish color and tastes and smells like Shaoxing wine. It is said to be slightly dry, but I could only feel the dryness in my throat, and the aftertaste was astringent. The production date, April 2023, is the date when the bottle was stored.

This sake is from Gyoda City, Saitama Prefecture, made famous by the movie "Nobo no Shiro" and the TV drama "Rikuoh. It is not sold in Saitama Prefecture, but many old izakayas and restaurants in Gyoda City have a signboard of "Masugawa" on their walls. I guess that means it is a local sake loved by the locals.
