Purchase of a warehouse I had been to Ueda many times because I am a big fan of Shotaro Ikenami's Sanada Taiheiki. I had no interest in sake, so I had no idea that the brewery in Yanagimachi was so famous. I visited there at the end of October and found only this ordinary sake on sale. When I opened the bottle, it made a nice pshhhh sound. Is this why the label on the back of the bottle says, "Please keep it upright"? It has a sweet aroma and taste that one would not expect from a regular sake. It is easy to drink. Next time, I will get a junmai type.

Purchased from a warehouse It has a yellowish tinge. It has a fruity aroma and is dry, but it also has a Junmai Ginjo-like sweetness. The alcohol content is 20%, so the moment you drink it, your mouth goes "kaput". I drank about 1 gou of it and it was more than enough to kill me. It looks like a brewery that is visited by fans of the anime "Gal & Pan. I wonder if it appears in the anime. I would like to watch it.

Purchasing at a brewery A nice old man answered me and told me that they don't have things because they sell to wholesalers and that they have a branch nearby. I checked the map app and found that the store was closed today. I asked him, "Are you open today? He replied vaguely, "I think so. It would be a shame if they were not open, so I asked them to sell me the three bottles of sake they had on hand. The aroma was a light fruitiness with a yellowish tinge. The moment I put it in my mouth, the tip of my tongue felt a tingling sensation. It is not fizzy, but what is this tingling? The taste has a good balance of sweetness and spiciness, and the sweetness of the rice is very nice. Was it 1,300 yen? I was glad I bought it at the brewery because it was rather expensive at the souvenir shop on Zenkoji Nakamise-dori.

Brewery purchase The brewery near Zenkoji Temple. When I was looking for a parking lot to go to Zenkoji Temple after visiting the temple, I found the brewery first. Moreover, parking was free for 3 hours with a purchase of 1,500 yen or more. Lucky me! We saved money on parking. When we entered the brewery, there was a tasting event going on, and the atmosphere was full of "you can't miss it! It was a pity that they were only selling their regular products. The aroma and taste were both sweet and easy to drink. I wish it had a stronger flavor. I have often been disappointed with sake breweries in tourist areas, but this one was up to par.

Purchase at the warehouse I chose this item from a friendly lady who explained the products to me in detail. The stereotype that Nagano sake is Hitogokochi came out. The label on the back said it was manufactured by Nagano Meisho. If I had noticed it at the brewery, I could have said, "I just went there. It does not have much of an aroma, but has a persimmon-like sweetness and astringency, and ends with a spiciness. It tastes easy to drink.

Buy at the Sake Brewery Honro-no-Matsu Junmai-Ginjo Sumi Youngest Eldest Daughter Purchased at Higashi Iida Sake Brewery, a neighbor of Nishi Iida Sake Brewery. Apparently, three older siblings make sake, each brewed by their own brother and sister. The third son explained to us about the brewery's various products, but the youngest, the eldest daughter, chose one of the bottles. I chose one of the bottles from the When I got home, I noticed a handwritten message on the back label. It showed how much they cared for her. The sweet aroma and fresh sweetness are delicious. The aftertaste is crisp and spicy. I wonder if it shows the personality of the eldest daughter. Shinshu sake fans, you should try this one.

Buy at the Sake Brewery HITOGOCHIKI 100%. Aroma and taste of apples The taste of apples, sweetness and sourness spreads in the mouth. The aftertaste is also apple. I realized once again that the taste of the yeast comes out in the sake. The Higashiida Sake Brewery is next door. East vs. West? Purchase from the brewery 100% Hitogochi from Chikuma City Hitogochi is a sake brewery located near the famous "moon over rice paddies" of Yosetsu terraced rice paddies. The old building and brick chimney are impressive. The red pine tree that looks like a dragon is also magnificent. The wife? The wife of the brewery is also very kind and friendly. The sweet aroma and refreshing taste make it easy to drink. The aftertaste is astringent and spicy.

I asked the brewery for the nearest distributor and bought it at a liquor store in Mashiko town. My son got a driver's license so he drove me and I was happy in more ways than one to be able to sample the wine for the first time. It has a sweet aroma and a sweet and sour fruit flavor. There is a slight gassy feeling and it is refreshing to the taste. The aftertaste is bitter like grapefruit. Delicious.

Buy at the Sake Brewery Summer Ginjo Hitogochi 59 from Saku City, Nagano Prefecture It has a sweet fruity aroma and is refreshingly dry but also sweet and easy to drink. It is not extremely delicious, but it has a stable taste. It is strange that the brewery is not registered in Sake-no-wa, but only listed as "Nagano Prefecture. Purchase at the warehouse The brewery is located in Kurashiki City's Bikan Historical Quarter. The unusual shape of the bottle is either a tradition or an attempt to attract tourists. It is not only the bottle that is unusual, but also the taste and aroma, which are different from anything I have ever tasted before. It has a yellowish color and tastes and smells like Shaoxing wine. It is said to be slightly dry, but I could only feel the dryness in my throat, and the aftertaste was astringent.
