Purchased from a warehouse Sweet. And sour. It is so sweet that you feel it is too sweet, but it is easy to drink. It tastes like a noble rot wine. It is a wonder that it can be made from rice and become so sweet. It goes well with salty cheese.

Brewery purchase (by my son) A souvenir from my son. It has a sweet aroma and tastes fruity. Easy to drink with a good balance of sweetness and spiciness. The classification and rice polishing ratio are undisclosed, It is a Junmai Daiginjo. Probably.

It has a sweet aroma and taste and is easy to drink without being alcoholic. The spiciness remains at the end and is refreshing. We found it in the local products section of a supermarket we stopped by in Niimi City, Okayama Prefecture. It is a brewing town, and there were a lot of sake and soy sauce on display, so I bought some soy sauce as well.

Purchased from a brewery I prefer sweet, but the name "super spicy" attracted me to try it. I didn't feel it was as spicy as "super spicy". It is different from the spiciness of alcohol. It is spicy when you put it in your mouth, but sometimes you feel sweetness at some point. The aftertaste is more bitter than spicy. It goes well with strong flavored food. I used to avoid spicy wine, but this one is good.

Purchased directly from Himeji Station Both the aroma and taste are a little alcoholic. Pungent and bitter taste comes. There is a slight sweetness on the tip of the tongue. The alcohol seems to spread and pass through the nose, leaving a clean aftertaste. I should have opened the bottle on a hotter day.

Aroma with a hint of sweetness. Easy to drink without a hint of alcohol. Taste is a mixture of spiciness, sweetness, and astringency. The astringency remains at the end. There was not as much gas as described on the label. I bought it in January, so maybe I let it sit too long. Since I bought it at a liquor store, was it a mistake to think I would drink it after visiting the brewery?

given to me as a gift Almost no aroma. Some sweetness in the mouth, but the aftertaste is spicy. It feels like the spiciness stays in the mouth. This sake is from Gyoda City, Saitama Prefecture, made famous by the movie "Nobo no Shiro" and the TV drama "Rikuoh. It is not sold in Saitama Prefecture, but many old izakayas and restaurants in Gyoda City have a signboard of "Masugawa" on their walls. I guess that means it is a local sake loved by the locals.

Next purchase Yes Kiyoshi "Ryo" is a sago with a mouthful of sago. The brewer is known for "Machida Shuzo," but this one is also delicious. I think "Machida Shuzo" is what this is all about.
