Brewery purchase The brewery near Zenkoji Temple. When I was looking for a parking lot to go to Zenkoji Temple after visiting the temple, I found the brewery first. Moreover, parking was free for 3 hours with a purchase of 1,500 yen or more. Lucky me! We saved money on parking. When we entered the brewery, there was a tasting event going on, and the atmosphere was full of "you can't miss it! It was a pity that they were only selling their regular products. The aroma and taste were both sweet and easy to drink. I wish it had a stronger flavor. I have often been disappointed with sake breweries in tourist areas, but this one was up to par.

Purchase at the warehouse I chose this item from a friendly lady who explained the products to me in detail. The stereotype that Nagano sake is Hitogokochi came out. The label on the back said it was manufactured by Nagano Meisho. If I had noticed it at the brewery, I could have said, "I just went there. It does not have much of an aroma, but has a persimmon-like sweetness and astringency, and ends with a spiciness. It tastes easy to drink.

Buy at the brewery This fashionable brewery is located on Obuse's main street. Slight smell of cemedine, but not alcoholic. Taste is difficult to describe. It is spicy and astringent, but when paired with food, the taste disappears. There is no aftertaste. Is this a good thing? Buy at the Sake Brewery Honro-no-Matsu Junmai-Ginjo Sumi Youngest Eldest Daughter Purchased at Higashi Iida Sake Brewery, a neighbor of Nishi Iida Sake Brewery. Apparently, three older siblings make sake, each brewed by their own brother and sister. The third son explained to us about the brewery's various products, but the youngest, the eldest daughter, chose one of the bottles. I chose one of the bottles from the When I got home, I noticed a handwritten message on the back label. It showed how much they cared for her. The sweet aroma and fresh sweetness are delicious. The aftertaste is crisp and spicy. I wonder if it shows the personality of the eldest daughter. Shinshu sake fans, you should try this one.

Buy at the Sake Brewery HITOGOCHIKI 100%. Aroma and taste of apples The taste of apples, sweetness and sourness spreads in the mouth. The aftertaste is also apple. I realized once again that the taste of the yeast comes out in the sake. The Higashiida Sake Brewery is next door. East vs. West? Purchase from the brewery 100% Hitogochi from Chikuma City Hitogochi is a sake brewery located near the famous "moon over rice paddies" of Yosetsu terraced rice paddies. The old building and brick chimney are impressive. The red pine tree that looks like a dragon is also magnificent. The wife? The wife of the brewery is also very kind and friendly. The sweet aroma and refreshing taste make it easy to drink. The aftertaste is astringent and spicy.

I asked the brewery for the nearest distributor and bought it at a liquor store in Mashiko town. My son got a driver's license so he drove me and I was happy in more ways than one to be able to sample the wine for the first time. It has a sweet aroma and a sweet and sour fruit flavor. There is a slight gassy feeling and it is refreshing to the taste. The aftertaste is bitter like grapefruit. Delicious.

Buy at the Sake Brewery Summer Ginjo Hitogochi 59 from Saku City, Nagano Prefecture It has a sweet fruity aroma and is refreshingly dry but also sweet and easy to drink. It is not extremely delicious, but it has a stable taste. It is strange that the brewery is not registered in Sake-no-wa, but only listed as "Nagano Prefecture. Purchase at the warehouse The brewery is located in Kurashiki City's Bikan Historical Quarter. The unusual shape of the bottle is either a tradition or an attempt to attract tourists. It is not only the bottle that is unusual, but also the taste and aroma, which are different from anything I have ever tasted before. It has a yellowish color and tastes and smells like Shaoxing wine. It is said to be slightly dry, but I could only feel the dryness in my throat, and the aftertaste was astringent. We found it in the local products section of a supermarket we stopped by in Niimi City, Okayama Prefecture. It is a brewing town, and there were a lot of sake and soy sauce on display, so I bought some soy sauce as well.

Purchased from a brewery I prefer sweet, but the name "super spicy" attracted me to try it. I didn't feel it was as spicy as "super spicy". It is different from the spiciness of alcohol. It is spicy when you put it in your mouth, but sometimes you feel sweetness at some point. The aftertaste is more bitter than spicy. It goes well with strong flavored food. I used to avoid spicy wine, but this one is good.
