This fashionable brewery is located on Obuse's main street.
Slight smell of cemedine, but not alcoholic.
Taste is difficult to describe. It is spicy and astringent, but when paired with food, the taste disappears. There is no aftertaste.
Is this a good thing?
It is a pity that it was not the local sake that I had expected from a tourist product.
