No aroma. Soft on the palate. Slight smell of alcohol. Extremely light. What was he drinking?
Purchased at a sake brewery.
A building in the center of Obuse with a sense of history. The courtyard is connected to Obusedo, a chestnut confectionery.
The shop name, □ichi, translates to square one in English. Fashionable.
One of the sake I received for my birthday. The mouthfeel has an impressive aroma with a hint of koji malt. On the palate, it is a robust sake with a strong flavor of rice.

Miyamanishiki/polished 59
Soft texture as if aged in a jar.
I thought it would have a heavy taste, but after feeling the umami of rice, it is crisp and delicious 😋.
It also has a kind of lactic acid-like feeling like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast and yamahai 🤔.
Thank you for the sake brought by Ike Oji from Nagano who was sitting next to us at Kamada 😋!
Good evening, staggered feet😄.
Oh, I miss this sake. I bought it when I was in Obuse on a company trip a long time ago and was addicted to it for a while 😁.
I guess no matter where you go, the old man is always nice to his pretty daughter 😁.
Hi tomo😃
This is the same warehouse you were talking about before tomo 😊 near Sogape ✨.
I didn't expect to have a chance to meet you in Hokkaido!
I'm grateful for that: ☺️
This sake brewery is located in the lovely town of Obuse.
They say that the further north you go in Shinshu, the drier the sake.
It's dry as soon as you take a sip! →It has a deep flavor, and then what? Then it changes to a clear, slightly sweet taste.
With Yokota Seika's oyaki and eggplant sauce.
Bravo!
It was given to me by a friend of mine and I was able to drink it for four years without any problems. The aroma is sweet with a slight scent and a caramel-like aftertaste.
