One of the sake I received for my birthday. The mouthfeel has an impressive aroma with a hint of koji malt. On the palate, it is a robust sake with a strong flavor of rice.

⬜︎I Miyamanishiki/polished 59 Soft texture as if aged in a jar. I thought it would have a heavy taste, but after feeling the umami of rice, it is crisp and delicious 😋. It also has a kind of lactic acid-like feeling like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast and yamahai 🤔. Thank you for the sake brought by Ike Oji from Nagano who was sitting next to us at Kamada 😋!

This sake brewery is located in the lovely town of Obuse. They say that the further north you go in Shinshu, the drier the sake. It's dry as soon as you take a sip! →It has a deep flavor, and then what? Then it changes to a clear, slightly sweet taste. With Yokota Seika's oyaki and eggplant sauce. Bravo!
