Rikuwada, a rice suitable for sake brewing, is one of the rare sake rice that President Takagi of Jyushiyo spent a long time researching and developing.

This is Kashiwamori, an original sake from Katayama Shuzo, which I bought on a trip to Nikko. Slightly dry. It has the rich taste and aroma of original sake.
I also recommend the "Sake Long Cake" filled with this sake 😀 I have had many different sake cakes, but this one, by all means, should be paired with sake. You will not regret buying it.
