Miyakanbai" is a sake made in Furukawa, Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. We first met at a sushi restaurant. We had sushi, fried whale, boiled mitsuba, and potato salad (probably with whale bacon). It has a gentle flavor and a sharp spiciness. It is refreshing. It was a perfect match with the meal 😊.

Pink nigori sake. We had it at a sushi restaurant. Fresh and gorgeous. It was sweet, yet sharp and perfect for sushi😊. Most importantly, the color is wonderful💓💓💓

This is Kashiwamori, an original sake from Katayama Shuzo, which I bought on a trip to Nikko. Slightly dry. It has the rich taste and aroma of original sake. I also recommend the "Sake Long Cake" filled with this sake 😀 I have had many different sake cakes, but this one, by all means, should be paired with sake. You will not regret buying it.
