A joint project of seven breweries in Miyagi. This year's leader Urakasumi (Shiogama, Miyagi)
〜Urakasumi style traditional sea〜.
The sweet and sour taste is well balanced. We had it with octopus sashimi, canned sardines and cabbage with sesame oil and plum paste.
It is released on July 7 every year, and we look forward to this day with great anticipation.
