Miyakanbai" is a sake made in Furukawa, Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture.
We first met at a sushi restaurant.
We had sushi, fried whale, boiled mitsuba, and potato salad (probably with whale bacon).
It has a gentle flavor and a sharp spiciness. It is refreshing. It was a perfect match with the meal 😊.
