Debut of nigori sake. It had a slight carbonation and acidity, and when I compared it with the aged Juhasuhi, it was totally different!
We then had the nigori sake heated up. Again, cold sake and hot sake were totally different. It was a great learning experience for me as a beginner.
I was recommended to try it at room temperature for 2 weeks. *P
The partner was Hirotogawa.
It is more refreshing than Hirotogawa.
I hope to be able to appreciate the taste of sake soon...
I was told to enjoy the taste change at room temperature over two weeks - ͜- and a layman opened the bottle, but you know what?
Tomorrow, will I remember what it tastes like today? is a simple question lol.
At any rate, I felt it was sweet.
I would like to drink it until it is gone with Sogyu, thinking that if I have two kinds, I will be able to compare them.
