The other day, I went to Shinagawa for a health checkup, and on my way back, I visited Asano Sake Shop in Hamamatsucho. The staff was very polite and showed us around. The color tone has a slightly yellowish impression. The aroma is of ripe pears and top-grade flour. On the palate, you can taste the luscious taste of pears and flavors like kamishinko and cinnamon. The taste is strong and smooth as if it were an aged sake. Serve with meat wrapped asparagus tonight.

Last night, I processed aji and made it into namero and drank it. I was planning to use the aji for tonight's chirashi-sushi, so I used the half of it that I processed beforehand 🤗. For the soup, I used a mixed soup stock that I learned remotely the other day. For the tsukune, I pounded chicken thigh fillets into mincemeat along with finely chopped scallions. I'm sure you'll love it. The kombu used in the soup stock was made into knotted kombu and garnished. The emergency declaration is about to be lifted. I'm sure everyone has had to endure a lot of hardship. I hope that your hard work will be rewarded and that you will be able to "tie yourself together". The color has a faint yellowish tinge. The bubbles are lively. Impression of tropical fruits such as ripe mango.

If you don't have any sake for the holidays, you need it 🥺, so yesterday I cycled to the Hontaya Sake Shop in Higashimurayama during a bit of sunshine. I thought I hadn't posted about the sake in Tokyo yet! Today, we're going to start with a freshly brewed sake from the fridge and slowly bring it down to room temperature. It has a clear, slightly beige-ish appearance. The aroma is of fresh pineapple, pear and topping. The first taste is sweet and full of flavor. The finish leaves a bittersweet aftertaste. Specifications Rice: 100% Hatan Nishiki from Hiroshima Prefecture Polishing ratio 55%. ALC 16 Produced in 2020,12

The Valentine's Day Special Set from Akita Sake, which was recommended by Aririn, has arrived, so I've been doing some flying tastings. It has a fantastic appearance like a deep snowscape, with Champagne-like delicate bubbles from the second fermentation in the bottle playing with the mellow lees. The aroma is fresh fruit like apples and Muscat. Rice. On the palate, delicate bubbles, sweet and sour fruit, and mellow flavor spread as a trinity. The assortment of chocolates in the set includes two types of sake bonbons, Dewazuru and Kariho, each with a different flavor, which is fun to eat🤗.

First time trying it, since it seemed to have a good reputation! From the size and color, it looks like a certain famous lactobacillus drink, and the design is impressive that it looks comfortable to drink in the morning🤣. Tonight I had it cold. The dominant flavor is sweet and savory, like caramel.

I got my pre-ordered Senkou Risshun Asashibori yesterday, so today I live streamed the opening of the package ☺️. It was chilled in the fridge, so the aroma and taste were mild at first. It's like a well-disciplined young lady who really wants to exude full of life and energy, but her mommy and daddy are mad at her...so she's saying. It's okay because I'm only an uncle, and after half an hour of time, the aroma and taste swelled up ☺️. I didn't pair it with alcohol but I made taco rice for dinner👍.

Tonight we're having sea bream, kabuto and aquapazza! So I went to Hasegawa's at Tokyo Station during the day and bought some♪ Tonight we will have it cold. The color is a little dark. Freshness of apples and peaches, with a hint of cinnamon and iodine. On the palate, from the impression of sweet and sour fruit, the deliciousness like soup stock spreads with gentle acidity. The belief seems to be that it has a lively acidity reminiscent of lemons, a specialty of Hiroshima, but perhaps because the temperature at which I had it was a little high, it was more gentle than lively.
