The color is a little dark.
Freshness of apples and peaches, with a hint of cinnamon and iodine.
On the palate, from the impression of sweet and sour fruit, the deliciousness like soup stock spreads with gentle acidity.
The belief seems to be that it has a lively acidity reminiscent of lemons, a specialty of Hiroshima, but perhaps because the temperature at which I had it was a little high, it was more gentle than lively.
