Last night, I processed aji and made it into namero and drank it. I was planning to use the aji for tonight's chirashi-sushi, so I used the half of it that I processed beforehand 🤗. For the soup, I used a mixed soup stock that I learned remotely the other day. For the tsukune, I pounded chicken thigh fillets into mincemeat along with finely chopped scallions. I'm sure you'll love it. The kombu used in the soup stock was made into knotted kombu and garnished. The emergency declaration is about to be lifted.
