It's been a long time since I've been to a fancy Japanese restaurant with my wife. This time, I brought the highest sakes of Glorious Kiku. I have had their Yamada Nishiki and Aizan from this series before. Those two are similar to but actually much better than the small Bushi. This one is also very good, but the style is not as good as Kobushi.

I drank this wine for two days and the first day was very hard to take, with a golden color and some oxidation style flavors. But by the second day the whole became very soft. That day there was also a new opening of the previous cold chrysanthemum Special Thanks 39 and the yielding earth. I felt it was the best.

It's hard to accept, and the style is very different from other spring wines. Maybe it's because the alcohol is too high! It's too traditional!

It tastes a bit like a more refined glorious chrysanthemum. This is the reason why Saketimes, the brewery, rose in the rankings at the beginning of this year.

It's not very much like the extremely sweet style of Turtle Springs. It is very ordinary, and even nothing special aroma. Can drink it average.

It tastes a lot like New Deal No6. isn't No.6 yeast yet. But glorious chrysanthemum is really good to drink. It has become one of my favorites.

It is a wine that is very much like a drink. Good to drink is good to drink. But there are no surprises.

The first day I drank it was very ordinary and mediocre. On the second day it was a bit like a small booze. So is it possible that the small Bushi is a slightly oxidized pure rice unfiltered raw sake?
