FangyooIt's been a long time since I've been to a fancy Japanese restaurant with my wife. This time, I brought the highest sakes of Glorious Kiku. I have had their Yamada Nishiki and Aizan from this series before. Those two are similar to but actually much better than the small Bushi. This one is also very good, but the style is not as good as Kobushi. FangyooFei Lu Xi is still a classy and clear saison! I personally love the style, very demure and serious! Much more robust than the popular styles of today. FangyooThis sake is a mountain waste and the purpose flavor is very prominent. It goes even better with Japanese food! FangyooVery good, big floral aroma and warm body. Not bad for a 14 generation disciple within a disciple! FangyooFirst time drinking Obuse. truly a different kind of sake!
