Hana Yuu, which I haven't had in a while, goes well with sashimi from one of Sapporo's best obanzai restaurants! It is very easy to drink. It is very easy to drink, and the sake goes well with it.

This sake was offered at my mother-in-law's funeral (Shinto). A few days passed, and my wife and I drank it with dinner. At first sip, I thought, "Is it too strong?" But when I continued to drink it, I found it was actually easy to drink.

This sake is widely recommended by the owner of the restaurant. I feel like I haven't had it in a long time, even though I live in Hokkaido. It also has a slight sourness to it for me.

It was different from the super dry taste I was expecting. Is it just me or did it have a fruity aroma? Sorry for being too much of an amateur.

I drank it with my family at a tavern near the Himezen Bridge while eating good food. It was much easier to drink than my previous impression. It goes well with seafood dishes. By the way, a souvenir shop in Kushiro sells a confection called "Fukushi Cake.

I drank it at the first restaurant I went to near Toyama station. The sake went well with lotus root tempura and beef stew. It was fruity to me. Be careful not to drink too much.

Sapporo, Maruhiri-te. Along with delicious prawns. The blue series No. 104 was named Hwaso, right? I didn't study hard enough and learned it for the first time. Tasake Junmai Ginjyo Hyakushikan has a deep flavor.
