I picked up Gorohachi for the first time in a while. It has a mysterious taste, sweet at first as it goes down your throat, but dry at the end. My father, who passed away two years ago, loved this sake. Looking closely at the label, it says "liqueur. I had never heard of it before. I have not been drinking much recently, but I like nigori sake rather a lot, and I also like Shiroki from Koshinohomare and Niseko. Both were slightly effervescent.

First, we decided to "grill squid for the evening". That meant sake. I found a reasonable sake at the store. I hadn't had Ichinokura for a long time. It is very easy to drink. I feel it is dangerous to drink too much. It is delicious. I judged it as "delicious"!

Sake like sake. It feels a little sweet to me. However, it goes well with Kushiro's fried whale tatsuta-age. 　I drank it with my daughter who is over 20 years old. It was a great sake.

This sake was offered at my mother-in-law's funeral (Shinto). A few days passed, and my wife and I drank it with dinner. At first sip, I thought, "Is it too strong?" But when I continued to drink it, I found it was actually easy to drink.
