It is a little expensive, but this sake, which is named "Cho," was truly super. It is refreshingly delicious. There is no reason or logic to its deliciousness. It is just delicious. I recommend it. ❗️
I visited Akita with the goal of drinking Shinsei.
I went to a famous restaurant called Toppin Palaripu in front of the station.
As soon as I entered the store, I was told by the voice of God that there was no Shinmasa...but there was a No.6 R-type. I was given a pint of sake. The first sip was so delicious that I was impressed. I can't express it ❗️ a little bit, and then another gou. To my surprise, that was the end of No.6 for that day. Thank you, God!
In search of Shinsei, I went to Sugakyu, a liquor store in Akita City.
I strolled around the store, but could not find any Shin-masa. I thought it was only natural that they didn't have it, so I asked the clerk what their best sake was, and to make matters worse, I asked if they had any Shin-Masa. He said, "We have Cosmos..." We bought it as soon as we could. I bought it at once, at cost price: ‼️
I enjoyed it at home. There is no reason or logic to its deliciousness. Every brand of Shinsei is unique and draws me in. I wonder when I will be able to find the next Shinsei. If you know where I can find Shinsei in Fukushima, please let me know.
