Sake from Oita! First sip, easy-drinking sake! It was like "wakamizu" (young water), but as the name implies, it felt watery. The part against the tongue is sake, and the part against the upper jaw is like tap water. ......(?) Officially listed as Sake Degree +4 and Acidity 1.4. Also, I am thankful that the site made me aware of the yeast.

I heard that it was good. It's good - it tastes like a drinkable sake! It's not watery, but it's not a thick sake either. I was told that it has a sake content of +2 and an acidity of 1.5.

Purchased at a local supermarket. It's a very ordinary sake and easy to drink. The front page of the supermarket says it's slightly dry, but I'm not sure about that.

Sake Meter +4 It leaves a sake-like taste in the mouth, a common sake feeling. Just because it's +4 doesn't mean it's good for your palate. But I bought the package because I was sad that I couldn't go home, and I emptied it in no time.
