It was delicious. The lady at the roadside station told us about this sake, which is only sold in Itoigawa.
I went to Asahikawa last February, just as Corona was about to start. At Otokoyama Sake Brewery, we talked a lot and drank a lot. After that, it was sleeping in our house, but due to the recent sake boom in our house😊, we opened it up.

It was in a set of three bottles I bought in Aomori. I bought it because I wanted to have Hassen, so I didn't expect too much. The taste is close to Hassen, but it goes well with all kinds of rice! It was perfect for our hot pot and we enjoyed it!
I drank this sake in Himi. It was very good with yellowtail shabu, so I bought it back. I thought the gorgeousness after drinking was good. But the taste seems to change with the food. It is a memorable sake from Himi.
