Nabeshima is not sold at my local liquor store, so I got it when I went to Nagano Prefecture ^_^. The owner told me that Yamada-Nishiki has a good balance, so I bought it. It was fruity, sweet and acidic like Nabeshima, and I ended up drinking too much. I would like to drink it again 🍶.

This is my first Fukuoka sake. It has a citrus aroma and is sweet and easy to drink on the palate. I was surprised that it is Junmai. I compared it with Hi-iri, but Hi-iri is more refreshing, so women may prefer this one 😁. It is a very cost effective sake 🍶.

It is a Junmai Ginjo Misato Nishiki and is single heat-refined! The aroma is mild and the taste is sweet and delicious, and I couldn't help but drink too much! It is more refreshing than Omachi ^_^.
