Even though it is a daiginjo, it is al-soaked.
Adding alcohol seems to make it lighter, but it tastes lighter.
There is also a peculiar bitterness, not far from that of junmai sake.
It also has an artificial feel, as if the ginjo aroma was added separately.
I bought it because it was cheap, but I will never drink it again.
