I was surprised when I drank it for the first time. It doesn't taste like water in my mouth in a good way‼️water‼️💧.
I felt the taste hide in the back of my throat.
It was the first time I was surprised by this sensation.
Maybe it's because I've been drinking only sweetened drinks...?
I could taste it, but there was a sharp taste that came afterwards! I was surprised at the feeling I got the first time I tasted this.
When I checked the sake level, I was convinced that it was more on the dry side.
It's delicious, but not the kind of sake that you can drink in gulps...it's a delicious sake to savor 🍶🪻.

Organic Naturals' Kijoshu is a good choice.
As I like organic naturals very much (I bought the second bottle on repeat 🫡)
I felt that it tasted more like Kabutomushi, or rather, I felt a slight sourness 🪻.
I was expecting it to taste more like a kabutomushi or maybe just a little sour 🪻 I like nama-zake, so I was expecting it to taste like a kijo-zake 😋💐.
But this one was also refreshing, easy to drink and delicious 🍶🍶🍶.
