With a citrusy aroma like tangerine or orange or grapefruit, Incredible sweetness and fermentation ๐Ÿถ. It is a unique fermented citrus ๐Ÿถ that has no similarity to any other sake. If you're not familiar with sake, you'd think it was some kind of fruit wine if served with soda or on the rocks ๐Ÿ’. It was very delicious ๐Ÿฅฐ.

It's been too long since I've had too much inventory to drink anything new. โค๏ธ It was so hit and miss: โ—๏ธ Easy to drink, sweet, not too tart, refreshing, Nice aroma, light in a good way ๐Ÿถ. The type that you can drink very much. LOL.... I was surprised that the name was not registered on Sake no Crocodile. This should be more famous. It tastes so good! I recommend it ๐Ÿ’.

The second kind of Shinsei I've longed for ๐Ÿฅฒ. I drank it freshly opened so it was too fizzy ๐Ÿคค. Tenagashi is very different from Yonotori. Still sake! It tastes like sake, but it's clear and refreshing. It was clear and refreshing, and the umami sweetness was great ๐Ÿ’. I prefer Yonotori... But I was so happy to drink it ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿฅน.
