The second kind of Shinsei I've longed for ๐ฅฒ.
I drank it freshly opened so it was too fizzy ๐คค.
Tenagashi is very different from Yonotori.
Still sake! It tastes like sake, but it's clear and refreshing.
It was clear and refreshing, and the umami sweetness was great ๐.
I prefer Yonotori...
But I was so happy to drink it ๐ถ๐ฅน.
