Received from an acquaintance.
Many Hokkaido sake are too spicy for my taste, but this one is not too spicy and is easy to drink with just the right amount of acidity.
The richness of the flavor is also evident in the brewer's claim that the flavor of the rice has been extracted to the maximum extent possible. It also has a strong acidity, giving the impression of a robust sake.
I found Shuho, which I had enjoyed drinking at a store before, at a liquor store and immediately decided to buy it.
It is fruity and smooth. I like it exactly. I'm already a Shuho fan!
