The hidden sake is raw sake, but this is the first time I've had it. Both are the strongest in terms of cost (2,000 yen per bottle without tax). The aroma is that of cider, just like the namaizumeshu. It has a sweetness that is typical of Ryujin, with a slight bitter aftertaste. It is crisp and clean. It is easy to drink.

I couldn't buy it last year, so I got it over a year ago. It's mellow and fragrant even if you don't put your nose near the glass. Sweet strawberry like be ambitious. The taste is crisp and sweet. It has a sense of volume and good sharpness. You can drink it slowly rather than swiftly.

This is the first time to drink Ryujin Junmai-shu. I was surprised at the alcohol level of 18 degrees. The aroma is grainy. It also has a whiskey-like taste. When you take a sip, it is clear. And the alcohol is still very strong. It is similar to the taste of whiskey that is almost 50 degrees (or more). The sweet aftertaste is also good. Be careful not to drink too much.

This is one of the bottles that I kept letting sit too long because I kept missing the timing to drink it. I opened the bottle at will. The aroma is apple-like. It is the aroma of the time to eat. I've been meaning to try this Yamamoto sometime. I finally had a chance to buy it. The barcode is in the shape of a bottle, which is very stylish. The aroma is not so strong and dry. A hint of lime.
