I went back and hadn't had a Jyoshito Kuheiji in 20 months.
It is definitely closer to my taste now than it was then.
The aroma is citrusy. Not too sweet, but fresh.
The mouthfeel is light, with a gentle sweetness and a firm bitterness.
It's not like sake in a good way.
