My first Black Phoenix! I felt the taste of Hououmida was more intense. I thought I was drinking it little by little, but it was over before I knew it...too bad.

Happy New Year! The first of the year is at Matsunohji! Special limited edition Shizuku series along with Arabashiri new sake. Posted before drinking. If I think about it, this might be the first time I've ever had a Matsunohji Daiginjo. Bon appétit!

It was my first time seeing this label, so I bought it on impulse. A refreshingly dry Matsunozashi...or is it sweet and sour? It came in mellow and flowed without leaving an alcoholic feeling in my throat. It was delicious as always.

Matsunozashi, standard. But it's my first time to drink it. Is the strongest taste a miscellaneous taste? But I don't hate it. The best part of Matsunozashi is the same whether it's a Daiginjo or a Junmai sake.

The aftertaste is round. I'm not a fan of carbonation, but it's just the right amount of stimulation with very slight fizz. The fruity nature of the crop is intact, and you can enjoy it as it is, even as a food sipper! Also, the bottles are beautiful.

Houou Bita limited production bearded stamp. In addition to mellowness and richness, the bitterness? Sour? It feels a little bit stronger. It's just on the tongue, you feel it gingerly and it disappears all the way through before you get sick of it. You can enjoy it while savoring it slowly with just the alcohol.
