When I was a student, this was the first sake I ever drank. I think it was a treat from one of my seniors. Even now, it tastes refreshing and to my liking.
I happened to know that a nearby brewery makes it, so I bought some. It seems to be a well-known sake. It's a limited release (raw) sake from within the prefecture. It is delicious with moderate acidity.
I bought it because it came up in a recommendation from Sake no Wa. It says it is super dry, but all sake is sweet, isn't it? I'm not sure. It has a little sourness and is delicious.
Since I was in Fukuoka on a business trip, I decided to buy some local sake at a convenience store near my hotel. It has a slight sweetness and is easy to drink.
