Delicious!
Fresh aroma and sweetness without cloying taste in the mouth.
It disappears quickly after swallowing.
I finally found a sake I liked on this trip to Nagasaki.
At first, one senses a ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, there is no sweetness or acidity.
As you swallow, you can feel the acidity and richness, but it disappears easily.
It seems to go well with sashimi and other tasty snacks.
The first aroma is a bit....
I'm really sorry, but it was like the hot sake served at a cheap izakaya (Japanese style pub).
It's a shame about the initial aroma, because it's easy to drink without any peculiarities in the mouth.
That's just my opinion.
No longer a do-it-yourself mountain well
It's a safe bet to buy the jackets.
This is also a cider type with just the right amount of sweetness.
It tastes just as the label says: soft, clean, and easy to drink.
This is the last brand for this year due to product revision.
I'm glad I could drink it.
Sweet schwashy cider type.
Less sweet than the sansho I had a while back, even with a mealtime drink. We paired it with grilled chicken with sauce and had it with a refreshing mouth wash.
Umu-umu. Ginjo-like aroma and sweetness. It also has a spiciness that makes you feel a bit spicy. I may buy it occasionally from now on, since I found out that it is delicious and can be easily purchased in my neighborhood.
A schwashy, local cider-like drink.
Delicious!
It tasted like a cured ham melon when paired with a cured ham.
I didn't know that it was only available at the distributor, but I bought it as recommended by the store, and it was a great decision.
The taste is as good as the brewer's comment that it is characterized by its lack of characteristics and does not interfere with meals.
It is just right for my taste.
When paired with grilled Akinatai fish, the bitterness of the mountain well disappears, and the taste changes to a sweet and subtle flavor that disappears quickly.
It is sold only in one bottle, and the contents seem to change depending on the season.
It has a strong gaseous taste and a strong alcohol taste.
I bought it expecting a cider-type sake, but it just didn't have what I was looking for.
I've bought Sawanoi before, but I get the sense that they are aiming for a dry sake with a distinct bitterness and sourness.
It's a little off my taste buds, but it's a valuable Tokyo sake brewery, so I hope they keep up the good work.
Gizaemon Hatsu Shibori NOUVEOU
Purchased without tasting at the Iga Festival in Ueno? Purchased it at the Iga Festival in Ueno without tasting it!
When it was first opened, it tasted delicious, with a refreshingly sweet melon aroma and a strong gassy, piquant cider taste.
On the second day, sourness and bitterness started to appear.
We enjoyed it as an early sipper.
I think I'm going to be addicted to this first pressing sake.
Koriyama Purchase special junmai at Izumiya
The wine is slightly carbonated and cider-like right after it is uncorked. You can gobble it up without any snacks.
Today, on the fifth day, sourness and bitterness appeared.
I would like to drink it with rice crackers or okaki.
No unnecessary aroma, acidity, or bitterness.
Slightly sweet and mellow flavor that spreads and disappears quickly.
It is like a regular sake similar to Izumikawa.
Very much to my liking
At Toroyoshi, Numata
Tastes like a slightly carbonated cider right after being uncorked. The aroma is gorgeous.
When swallowed, it goes down smoothly with little alcohol taste. Even people who are not good at drinking sake can drink this. It tastes like a sake.
After the second day, the color changes to an old sake-like color, and the sake-like taste becomes stronger. The acidity also becomes stronger. It still tastes good, but because it tastes so good right after it is uncorked, it doesn't taste like this. It would have been better to finish it on the same day. I want to become a stronger drinker.
Izumikawa and Tobiroki in a drinking comparison.
To my surprise, Izumikawa tasted better.
The gorgeous aroma and acidity of the Tobiroki tastes like a bit of a clutter after drinking the Izumikawa.
It is possible that I just have a poor palate!
At Masumoto in Koriyama
The first bite, when thoroughly chilled, is like a mouthful of melon, with a refreshing sweetness.
The first sip alone is very good, but the bitterness that comes out as it gets warmer and warmer is not for the taste buds of young children.
At Masumoto in Koriyama
The mouthfeel is sweet and the aroma is mild.
No sake feeling when swallowing, a type that disappears quickly.
I couldn't find Asahitaka in Yamagata.
I couldn't find Asahitaka in Yamagata, but I can easily buy Izumikawa, a good sake in the same lineage, so I may switch to this one.
For now, I got two bottles.
