Yamanoiあやめ
4
ぼぶ氏
It has more bitterness and acidity than Yamanoi's 50 or 60, and has a light dry taste. However, it has not lost its mildness and drinkability. It is a very good example of the skillful subdivision of the characteristics within the framework of Yama-no-i. I drank it while eating bagged noodles because I did not have any snacks, but the delicious flavor of the sake was not lost, so I think it would be good to drink it with boiled fish or something with a strong flavor.
