It is slightly sweet, with no bitterness or acidity.
I was told that this was a fire-aged wine, but it had a schwarziness when it was first uncorked.

I couldn't buy the saké I was originally looking for, but I was satisfied because I was told about various saké distributed only in Kumamoto, including this brand, and was able to buy it.
The izakaya Soya that was recommended to me was also great. I love Kumamoto.
