Kotyaman
Tonight I'm toasting with a Junmai Ginjo from Asamatake, which I bought on my bullet train to Nagano 🍶.
The label is lovely and the taste is my favorite!
If it's too cold, the aroma is a little less pronounced and the hardness is more noticeable.
But as the temperature rises a little, the soft and fluffy sweetness of the rice spreads ☺️.
The sake is made with hard water, which is rare among Nagano's sake, and the brewer's thoughts were shared with us directly at the brewery, making it even more delicious 😋.
And this country marm is also delicious 🍠🍠 lol
