I requested to drink something with a schwashy taste, and this is what I got. The crisp acidity and the schwizziness make this one to drink in the hot summer. As time passed, the fizziness disappeared and I felt the sweetness increased.

Sweet sake with residual maltiness. I guess it's a sweet sake with a sake feel. I wanted to cool it down so I put it in the freezer and it froze. Sake with grated sake. Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good ❤️. Highly recommended.

I drank it lukewarm because it was "recommended. I usually only drink it hot or cold, but lukewarm...nice. It has a gentle and mellow taste. I think the sweetness was increased by warming it. I guess it's good for humans to be lukewarm too.... It made my tired heart feel warm.
