This is a Junmai Akaiwa Omachi Unfiltered Raw Sake made by Watanabe Shuzo, Hida City, Gifu Prefecture.
It is described as "Junmai", but the rice polishing ratio is 50%, so it is a Junmai Daiginjo. At the first sip, I felt a strong ginjo aroma. What is it? A pear? The flavor is thick enough to satisfy Omachi lovers. The sweetness is also very strong.
