ちゅうえい
Is it the only sake in Kagoshima Prefecture?
It has a ginjo aroma and a cocoa taste. It is a drinker's choice. I think it is a traditional sake. It has a rich rice flavor that lingers in the aftertaste, but it is not too thick.
It is not the fruity, glossy sake of today, but it is a favorite of people like me, who are regular sake perverts.
