I was curious about this sake. Personally, when I hear "sake recommended for women", I feel I can't miss it. Chill it well and have a sip! It's sour, sweet, and a little bitter. It's like a thick Calpis soda. It says on the back that it's good to drink it with ice, so I'll try that next time. The price is less than 1,400 yen for 720ml. I think it's a good price, but the alc is low and it's alcoholic, so I think it's a bad price. I don't want to get drunk the next day, but I want to drink. But it is good for the day when you want to drink.

It is 13% alcohol by volume. 1,980 yen including tax. There is nothing special to mention, but it is very good. The aroma and bitterness are small, and it goes well with meals. It's easy to open and I like it.

Abe THE ARANAMI 2020 Raw ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** Like: ★★★★☆ Cosiness: ★★★★☆ Abe-interpreted] Danrei dry sake I'm not a fan of classic sake for uncles, but this one is delicious. As expected from Abe Shuzo 🙇️. It has a good acidity. It has a good taste and does not lose to the food. The 2020 version of VEGA, my number one from last year, has also been released and I'm looking forward to it 🥴.

The sweet and sour strawberry aroma followed by the alcohol kicking in was irresistible and I drank it up in no time. I'm sure this will be very popular. It seems to be delicious even if it is mixed with milk, but I don't like troublesome things, so I don't want to do that. It's hard to drink one bottle by yourself, so I think it's best to drink about half a bottle as a dessert after dinner.

It is a luxurious bottle. I thought it was fruity and crisp, but it didn't leave me wanting to drink more. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks that a bottle of around ¥3,000 is enough for a bottle of Jyushiro!

Speaking of "No.6 Yeast" and "Raw Sake"... Everyone loves Shinsei No.6. As expected, Neko No.6... Sorry, it tastes like Neo No.6. It is delicious. However, it is 16% alcohol, so it is more like a solid No.6. In addition, it has a unique bitterness that makes it difficult to drink on its own. Unlike the Ikarashi, it didn't spurt out when the bottle was opened. It's quite sour, but it's really delicious. The shape of the rice is still intact, and it's just like the "10x gayu" that babies who have just started eating baby food eat. The price is 2,500 yen for 500ml, which seems to be a bad price, but I want to drink it irresistibly. I want you to make a bottle of it.

It's like a juice. The texture of the apple is like a ripe peach, and you can almost taste it. On a side note, I wonder if Iwashimizu is open priced! (Each dealer has different pricing?!). If it were a little cheaper, I would stock it in my fridge at all times. It has become my favorite brewery🥰

What is it? It's a fruity nigorizake. Hmmm... it's good for the price, but I couldn't understand why it's better than Snowball. Surprised to drink at Izakaya Part2 Continuing from last time, I drank this at a pub and couldn't forget the taste, so I went to a liquor store to buy it. First of all, it's very difficult to open. It's nothing like Flax Cat Spark. It will spill for sure. As for the important taste, it's just one word: good. Too good. It's not too sweet, it's sour, and you can go on drinking as much as you want. When you hear the word "doburoku", you may think it sounds old-fashioned and you may not like it, but it is very good. If you like Shinsei, Abe, or Koyoshiku, I highly recommend it.

I can't forget the taste, so I rushed to the store where it is sold. The taste is flax cat-like with white yeast 🐱. The aroma is like a white wine, but milder. The aroma is moderate, the taste is not too strong, and the bitterness is low. It's also pleasantly spicy! I've seen comments about the rumminess, minerality, and balance, but I'm not sure if I understand that it's crystal clear. There are many words that I don't understand, whether it's comparing the aroma with fruit or not.

You can feel the ginjo aroma well. The taste is gorgeous and there is a little bitterness. The aftertaste is refreshing. Well, I bought it by the jacket, so I can't complain even if I don't like it. I think I prefer the white koji sake. The sourness and carbonation go well with many kinds of food. I'm sure I'll buy it again in 2021 if it's in the liquor store.

Abe VEGA ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** Preference: ★★★★★ Price: ★★★★☆ Here's the best saké of the year, beating out Shinsei, Jyushiro, Jikin, Tobiroki and Hanayoake. I got this bottle when I traveled to Toyama last month and kept it chilled until this day. It is often described as a flavor for women, but it has a marvelous taste that sticks even to sensitive men like me. It has no bitterness, and the sour taste is very different from sake. I'm glad I fell in love with sake! This is one bottle that makes me think so. I'm looking forward to drinking it again next year.

Abe Ippon Shime ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** Preference: ★★★★★ Price: ★★☆☆☆ Acid This is a sake with Gen Hoshino's SUN playing in your head. Personally, my preference for sake this year has been all about the 'acid'. Ichibonzime is a sake brewing rice that is now managed by Takachiyo Shuzo Co. I wonder if Abe Shuzo uses this rice to make their sake because they share the same Niigata Prefecture. The name "Abe Ippon" is reminiscent of Ichijitsu Abe, who was chosen to represent Japan in the men's judo 66-kilogram class. I'm most looking forward to next year's Olympics when they're safely held! ...I wonder what I'm talking about. You're drunk.

New Politics An Introduction To Peasant Art 2019 ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** Preference: ★★★★★ Price: *☆☆☆☆ Limited sake of Shinsei, which was not available for individuals, was available at Izakaya ️. I'm not sure if I'll be able to get it in the near future. 😅 The taste is even less bitter and alcoholic than the Ecru Nakatori, and I drank it in no time at all. I'm a Shinsei fan, but I didn't read through the pamphlet and didn't learn anything, but it was good so that's good enough for me wow.
