I'm not a fan of classic sake for uncles, but this one is delicious.
As expected from Abe Shuzo 🙇️.
It has a good acidity. It has a good taste and does not lose to the food.
The 2020 version of VEGA, my number one from last year, has also been released and I'm looking forward to it 🥴.
